Captain Justin S. Mahoney is a NYS licensed fishing and hunting guide. He has been fishing the waters of the Adirondack Park since boyhood. He graduated from Oswego State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. Since college he has worked in the radio business and been a restaurateur. Realizing that his true passions were fishing and hunting he is now a guide fulltime.

When Captain Justin is not fishing the Adirondack waters, he can be found hunting the park's rugged forest for deer and bear.

For the past several years, Captain Justin has spent a couple of months each winter exploring the Florida Everglades and the flats of the Lower Florida Keys.
